Zhangjiagang Jiangnan Automobile Manufacture Co., Ltd was founded in 1984 on the basis of the former Jiangsu Chunzhou Touring Co., Ltd. Our main business is the production and sales of vans and passenger buses. In 2002, we aimed at the strategic goal of "Rapid Development, Overall Improvement", and bought the First Branch of Jiangsu Mudan Automobile Group Co., Ltd. After recapitalization, the strength of our company has increased greatly.

Now our total assets amount to USD67,000,000, while our net assets are worth USD42,000,000. Our factory covers an area of 150,000 square meters, with a building area of 68,000 square meters. With total fixed assets of USD25,000,000, we now manufacture 10,000 passenger buses and dumpers annually.

There are 135 undergraduates and polytechnic school graduates now in our company, who account for 20% of the total amount of workers. We have a good research and development team, which consists of 80 professional automobile experts. These staff has more than 20 years' experience, and specialize in the technological product development and CAD design.

At present, we have automobile punching, welding, assembly and testing equipment that lead the Chinese auto industry, and guarantees excellent product quality. In 2004, the People's Bank of China assessed us as being an "AAA" level enterprise, while we have also attained "CCC'' and ISO9001 quality system certification.
